1. Overview
Sports Intelligence, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a mobile and web-based SaaS platform
designed for student-athletes, families, coaches, and organizations (the “Services”).
We are committed to responsible data use, transparency, and compliance with applicable privacy laws,
including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), state privacy laws (including California),
and applicable education privacy standards.
By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Categories of Information We Collect
A. Information You Provide
Depending on whether you are an athlete, parent/guardian, coach, or organization, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional): If the user opts in, we will send updates to phone number or phone numbers are on file to provide profile updates, views of player profile, messaging from coaches, and other related application notifications where the user would like those notifications sent to a mobile device.
- Date of birth: Date of Birth is required to assist the player or parent based on their age, grade and grad year to better support what tools, resources and stage of the recruiting process he or she may be in.
- Zip Code: We have functionality built into the platform that helps identify colleges, universities and roster needs based on the players zip code, their mile radius options.
- Gender: Gender is used to identify which men and women programs have the identified sport and availability colleges that offer that sport based on gender. In addition, this will direct the user to which coaches are pertinent based on the gender of the sport and related contact information.

For minors, we collect parent or guardian information as well.
B. Information Collected Automatically
When using our Services, we may automatically collect:

C. Biometric or Derived Performance Data
If users upload video or performance footage, we may use automated technologies, including AI systems,

We do not collect biometric identifiers unless explicitly disclosed and consented to.
